At the beginning of the New Year, CSCEC International Construction & Engineering (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has reached an intention of agreement with Brunsfield, a well-known local real estate developer and Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia on the project of PR1MA @ Seremban Sentral and will act as a contractor of this project.

This project, a part of  Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia launched by Malaysian government, is located in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan to the south of Kuala Lumpur. It is 60 kilometers distant from the downtown area of Kuala Lumpur and it will take 1 hour’s drive from Kuala Lumpur to this project. It is conveniently located and near the light rail station of Negeri Sembilan.  Covering an area of 112 acres, it combines transportation, shopping, catering, hotels, entertainment, offices and residences together with a development period of 10 years. After establishment, it will become the new urban center and traffic hub of Negeri Sembilan.

With this intention of agreement,  we will contract for the Phase I project, which covers of a land area of about 40,000 square meters, including  8 towers of 20 levels and 5 levels of podiums with a total construction area of about 313,000 square meters. The construction period is 27 months. At present, the construction of foundation has been started. And the construction of superstructure will be commenced in August to September 2016.  The site is ready for construction.
