It has branches of China Construction (S.E.A) (Cambodia) Corporation Ltd., and CSCEC International Construction & Engineering (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd., and Pre-stressed Concrete Sheet Pile Fabrication factory in Long An Province, holding shares of Sino – Pacific Construction Consultancy Co., Ltd. with approval of quality management system of ISO 9001:2008, environmental management system of ISO 14001:2004 and health and safety management system of ISO 18001:2007. It is a comprehensive international construction contractor with management of civil works, industrial and transport construction, design and consultancy, construction equipment leasing, commercial concrete trading, steel framework design and construction.

We came into Vietnam in 1992 with more than 20 years of development and management, being the largest Chinese project contractor in Vietnam with accumulation of contract value 20 billion Yuan. We have business in Vietnam all around, Kuala Lumpur and Johor in Malaysia, and Phnom Penh in Cambodia.
