China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), a sole subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corp., is a large-sized, state-owned key construction enterprise, bearing the Special Qualification of General Contractor for building construction. Established in 1952, the Company’s headquarters is in Beijing, with registered capital of CNY 2.875 billion. The Company possesses more than 25,000 employees in total, including over 1,500 senior professional and technical personnel. Presently the Company’s annual turnover has been exceeding over CNY 100 billion.
