In July 5th, 2017 morning , China State Construction Engineering Corporation and Sunwah Group held a contract signing ceremony for Sunwah Pearl project with participation of senior leaders of both parties and presence of local authorities at the same time.

With achievement of Sai Gon Pearl Project and Sunwah Group building, Sunwah Group continues to develop the third real estate project in Vietnam, Sunwah Pearl, which will be a luxury bright pearl in Ho Chi Minh City.

Be a miniature model of Hong Kong, Sunwah Pearl is located at 90 Nguyen Huu Canh, Binh Thanh District is the most integrated high-rise residential area, including high-grade apartments, office buildings and shopping center. The building has a 45 storey building and two 50-storey buildings with total 1342 units ranging in size from 52m2 to 128m2 with 1-3 bedrooms,and the other luxury apartments.

Sunwah Pearl is a complex consisting of riverside park, swimming pool, shopping center, supermarket, gym and spa, conference center, restaurant, picnic area, amusement park, children playground and kindergartens, etc., are the needs of customers to create a flawless, modern and luxurious living environment, these integrated services around the area are not many yet. In March 2017, Sunwah Pearl project commenced construction and expected comletion time is 2020 and hand over customers. China Construction State Engineering Corporation is the main contractor. At the same time, the contract was signed under the witness of two leaders, Mr.Cai Junsi – General Manager of Bay Water Company Limited, Sunwah Group in Vietnam and Mr. Zhang Zong Shuo Chaiman of China State Construction Engineering Corporation.

Mr. Zhang Zong Shuo expressed his honour of corporating with the Sunwah Group and emphasized the the spirit of integrity, creativity, foresight, and strict compliance. With deep trust from both sides, Sunwah Pearl will become a colorful paintings along the Saigon River. It is believed that this project as the “Pearl of Orient” of the city, feel a first-class life and enjoy the quality of life at a new high level.
