CSCEC awarded interior decoration works package for the Hibiscus residential project.

Recently, CSCEC in Malaysian branch awarded the contract for interior decoration works package for the Hibiscus residential project, with contract value up to RMB 87.98. In the past, our company has completed the foundation and substructure works of the project, the employer admited that we were a good performance contractor, who ensured the smooth operation of the project.

The Hibiscus Central residential complex is located in Somerset, Hibiscus City, Simeilia, Malaysia, near the Furong City Railway Station, about 60km from Kuala Lumpur. The project is owned by the Malaysian government – PR1MA and BRUNSFIELD INTERNATIONAL GROUP, a joint venture is cooperating to develop affordable housing projects. Total construction area is about 320,000 square meters, podium with 5 floors, 8 towers with 20 floors per block, the highest building is 25 floors, the average height is 86 meter. Construction time is about 3 years, the expected completion time is in early 2019.
