CSCEC awarded Country Garden Central Park project

On October 17^th, 2017, our company received awarded notification for the Country Garden Central Park project from Malaysian branch, main construction works for Central Park project at Plot 2 of Phase I.

The project is located in the mountain city of Malaysia on the Tampoi-Pasir Gudang Highway, which is in the central area, convenient place for life. The left is AEON Bukit Indah, education center and Johor-Singapore Bridge. On the right is Mount Austin Tesco, Tebrau AEON, entertainment centre. To the south is the international airport, adjacent to the Tampoi-Pasir Gudang Expressway – the way directly to Kuala Lumpur, Penang. To the north is the Tambak Johor Bridge and the shopping paradise in the mountain city. The project has the total area of 13.37 million square meters, 3 residential buildings (30 floors) and 7 floor podiums, the project includes the main structure of the project and decoration works, contract validity time is 725 days.
