Chairman of CSCEC Vietnam Branch Attended Signing Ceremony of Strategic Cooperation Agreement between Second Bureau and Sunwah Group

On the morning of March 1, 2018, the Second Bureau and Hong Kong Sunwah Group held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing, aiming to deepen the cooperation between both parties in real estate, infrastructure, and specialty towns. Mr. Chen Jian Guang, Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of Second Bureau, and Dr. Jonathan Koon-shum Choi, Chairman of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce of Hong Kong and Sunwah Group Chairman, attended and witnessed the signing of the agreement. Mr. Shi Yu, General Director and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Second Bureau, and Mr. Johnson Choi, Executive Director of Sunwah Group signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. Mr. Sun Zhan Jun, Deputy General Director of Second Bureau, Mr. Cheng Tong Pu, Deputy General Director of Second Bureau, and Mr. Zhang Zong Shuo, Chairman of CSCEC Vietnam Branch, attended the above activities.

Our Company is under taking the Sunwah Pearl project of Sunwah Group in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam, with high quality and efficient performance. We have been highly recognized by Sunwah Group and both parties have estabished a good cooperative relationship .

Based on this, both Second Bureau and Sunwah Group hope to expand the scope of cooperation, enhance the level of cooperation, conduct more in-depth cooperation in China and Southeast Asian regions, and reach a broad consensus on the signing of strategic cooperation agreements between both parties.

Based on the cooperation for Sunwah Pearl project, under the guidance of Second Bureau and Sunwah Group’s strategic cooperation agreement, our company will accelerate cooperation with Sunwah Group in the development and construction of projects in the Southeast Asia regions, and continue to strive for win-win results for both parties.
